First time poster here
i'm currently suffering severe depression after getting friendzoned by my former bf
he says he wants to try meet another guy who confessed to him.
i'm just not sure how to handle it, i wanna stay on good terms with him but i just feel anxiety and sadness whenever i think of it.
now im just drinking and doing nothing for the past few days

have any of you had to go through this? What do i do???

i think my biggest worry is to break up completely, but im not sure i could handle just being friends either.
