I'm a pre-HRT MtF and I'm pretty out of shape. Is there a good workout/diet plan that can slim my figure without making my muscles bigger? I'd like to be semi-attractive ;_;

Low calorie low protein diet... Heavy cardio no weight lifting. But that's an incredibly hard one from what i understand cause you'll be starving literally all the time and most everyone gives in
