Only things that definitely read male to me are your chin and jaw. Perhaps after a year or so on hormones you could pass. Otherwise fixing your lower face with surgery would help you pass 100%. Also if you can see what the app did to your head it rounded off your hairline since its really masculine, you look young enough that if you took finasteride it would help bring that hair back and help you pass without having hair cover your face.

Lol thanks. I was the one who didn't shave. That was just the most recent pic I had on my phone. I'm not planning on transitioning I just wanted to hear everyone's take. It's too late for me, I'm in my mid twenties. If any of you need a boyfriend though, I am single. Cis girls give me no attention but I get hit on by gay guys all the time, I don't know why. xD Relax it was just a joke, like most of my comments. Though I was being truthful on passing for everyone. Right now if you just had hormones you'd probably be about 4-5/10 with a nose job you could be an 7-8/10.

Not to mention you took a really unflattering picture. Unless you have the right mm camera lenses a front shot is going to make you look bad since it makes your face look like a blob and you don't see all the contours of your face. That's why I only take angle shots with my shitty camera, since the pics I used to take looked nothing like me.

The only reason why someone might think you are a gamer girl is because after a certain weight the face becomes so fat that both men and women are indistinguishable. If you ever dropped your weight below 500 pounds you would lose that perk. Your face (not including the fat) is wide as fuck and that's typically a masculine trait, impossible to tell otherwise. So yeah you could probably pass as female if you stayed at your current weight, but then again at that size no one knows what the fuck you are. On the plus side your third chin looks really shiny, so you must take really good care of it or maybe some of your KFC grease rubbed off on it, either way looks good.
