Pigs are about on par with the intelligence level of the top three most intelligent breeds of dog. But you shouldn't have one for a pet if you're not prepared for that intelligence - they are adventurous folk and get into EVERYTHING, and need to be played with a lot

Yep! They potty train like any other pet. They can also be trained to use a litterbox, but again because they are so big they have to have really big litter boxes so it's better to train them to go outside.
