Hey /lgbt/ I wanna start hormone therapy (mtf obv.) but cant get blood tests. (possibly for half a year) Whats the recommended SAFE amount to consume from each hormone? also which ones should I take, if I REALLY wanna play it safe 'til I can get blood test, but also want to see changing, and feel the effects of it. Also since I'm a poorfag and live in a country where min wage is 340 eur, please keep the prices relatively low.

I'm on hormones for 2 years without a single blood test and I'm as alive as ever.

Took 100mg spiro and 2mg oral estradiol valerate for the first month, then increased to 200mg and 4mg respectively.
At the 8th month replaced my spiro for 25mg cypro.
