most people on the left, and reasonable human beings all over the political spectrum, would see a hypothetical trans bill (or bush, obama, etc) as a woman and a former president but not the *first female president* in that she did not present as a woman during her political career
some people would claim it's retroactive and some people would claim she wouldn't be a woman at all and they would each be equally delusional
however, if a trans woman transitioned before entering her political career and later became president, it would be reasonable to consider her the 'first female president' in that she would have exclusive experience of the unusual situation of being a female politician
