It takes a couple years to build the muscle do that then cut forever. Pro:tip start living on chicken and protein shakes now for max gains. Also push/pull is the way to go.

Back when I was 300 lbs I had strong dysphoria, I strongly considered HRT. I decided against it. Aside from being terrified of being an unpassable hon, I knew that HRT might turn me into a weak blob. I chose to be a dysphoric stoner on T and it seems to be working.
