Not OP, but lately I've been having the desire to live the life of a woman.

For some reason I feel like I would enjoy the life of an average woman more than being a man. It's also not just the whole reproduction thing that I get hung up on, but I just don't know if I could stand to look my family in the eyes if I were to go through with anything. They aren't hardcore conservatives or anything, but I just feel as if it would bring shame to us. Also the current trans processes personally disgust me, although I harbor no ill feelings towards trans people and think they should be able to do what they want.

The only situation I see where I would go for the current standard of trans procedure is if I cut contact from everyone in my life and started again somewhere new where I can be as degenerate as I want without the ones I love finding out.

My ideal medical breakthrough would be a way to become 100% biological and fertile woman, but I realize this is a pipe dream.

That really depends on what you personally look like more than your age. Some 30 year olds pass, other teenagers don't. It's the individual features of your face that determine whether you will pass, not your age group.
