"feminine" body language is a lot more constrained than that. I'd say elbows and knees in, neither of which are on show there. The hand on hip would be feminine but looks odd with the elbow that far forward.

There's a difference between selfie poses and normal poses. For selfies you need to be able to see what you're taking a picture of.
