Welp i'm back. It took like 2 hours but I file the report. The cop laugh at me and called me a faggot, than called the thief and left a voice message telling him to return the phone to the police department. And I left him a message confirming the police report and told him he could go there, tell his side of the story, and drop off my phone. And to never contact me again.
