Is sex really worth the possible consequences? As soon as I cum I get into a regret and panic mood even if after protected sex. I have sex 2-3 times a year but it still seems too much.
And I live in a county where it's too hard to find a lover, and most people don't use condoms mostly because they're really expensive, basically luxury. Getting tested for STD's is really hard, too and not a common practice. But I can't help myself when I'm too horny and still have sex to have a moment of pleasure and days of regret and fear of STD's.

This. Atleast with straight people, there's a reason for this animalistic impulse (procreating) but with us it's only a monent (or a few moments) of pleasure.
