I am not exaggerating. Oval face shape is plenty common on women anyways. Height and shoulders (which are basically entirely linked) are the only iffy things on me, but if you have a female face and voice, people aren't going to question it. 5% of women are my height or taller, and I'm sure you don't question how cis every twentieth woman you meet is.
