Passability is governed by how many feminine markers you can hit. HRT will hit many of them given time, but body language and voice are something you'll need to learn.

Generally you'll start being gendered female at a glance, after about a year and a bit.

Unfortunately that too depends on genetics, luck, ability to dress (not fashion per se just stuff like straps to make shoulders look smaller), makeup ability and usage and physical fitness.

If you're very worried look up the specific anatomical differences between men and women and see how you compare. Remember to allow yourself wiggle room for dipping into above average but reasonable cis girl measurements. 5'10 girls are rare but you wouldn't bat an eye at them, 6'4 is ultra rare so it'd standout.

Also, look at the females in your family and how they developed.
