Spiro seems to cause less infertility than cypro. Possibly because of the way they act.
Technically both spiro and cypro are androgenic, they're just less androgenic than testosterone and DHT so they occupy receptor space and steal it from test. Spiro is more androgenic than cypro is though which is why spiro is not used for prostate cancer anymore.
So ultimately spiro will cause infertility but it doesn't seem to be as powerful as cypro. Many people can go like 1+ years on just spiro and if they aren't using estrogen they'll still be fertile.

I'm looking to get a more bit more femme with hormones. A few years ago when my hormones were checked I was pretty normal, but my sex drive is rather low which people say that's low testosterone.

Can I just get some anti androgens and get a bit more femme like that? Through the use of lowering my testosterone but not raising my estrogen?

It's not really dangerous to lower your testosterone without putting something else in it's stead. It might just depression, and potentially bone density problems in the very long term (after many many years, potentially).

Ralox however would seemingly help avoid the bone density thing, because (according to wikipedia which you should fucking read) "[ralox] has estrogenic actions on bone".

As to depression though, I can't say because I don't know if ralox is active in the brain.

I also can't say whether having no sex hormones truly results in depression, or if that's just a symptom of hormonal changes in general, but people often say that the former is true.

Raloxifene is not DHT. DHT (dihydrotestosterone) is bascially an extra potent form of testosterone that can cause baldness and thick body hair. AKA you do not want to take DHT.

Ralox is a SERM which means "selective estrogen receptor modulator" which means that it acts like estrogen in certain parts of the body and not in others. The main reason people promote Ralox/SERMs here is because they don't act like estrogen in the breasts, in fact they block feminization in the breasts, but they feminize other parts of the body. The reason trans people don't take Ralox is because trans people usually want the full effect of estrogen in their entire body, including the boobs.

On that note I wonder if ralox is effective in the skin, brain, etc. Since it doesn't work on the breasts, I wonder what else it doesn't work on. In other words femboys may be giving up feminization of other parts of the body in exchange for not growing breasts.

You may end up needing more to get what you want. If you can get a blood test check it after a few months. You might need more spiro to suppress your testosterone to female levels. I'm not sure how ralox will play into it though, so you might not need to. Either way you should check with a blood test.

For trans people, 100 mg spiro is relatively low.
However, with enough estrogen you need less AAs because estrogen indirectly suppresses testosterone production, but I'm not sure if raloxifene has the same effect.

If I put my testosterone too low, then I have neither testosterone nor estrogen and this causes issues. I thought the Raloxifene would circumvent this by supplying enough estrogenic effects to not make me stoop into critical conditions but not enough estrogen for breasts.

The SERM/estrogen and the AA have different functions.

The SERM/estrogen is supposed to feminize the body by activating estrogen receptors. Ralox (a SERM) doesn't activate estrogen receptors in the breasts, but activates them in other parts of the body. This way, by taking Ralox you can get some feminization but avoid growing breasts. If you take plain old estrogen, you will feminize basically all over the body, including the breasts.

AAs are supposed to stop testosterone from activating "androgen receptors", (greek for "create male" - activation of these receptors masculinizes you) and therefore suppress masculinization. Some AAs like spiro and cypro suppress testosterone production as well as block the testosterone receptors. Bica only blocks testosterone receptors.

Aside from AAs, there is another way to suppress testosterone production and therefore decrease androgen receptor activation, and therefore suppress masculinization. The following fact was used in the past for trans people to feminize without using AAs, before AA use became widespread:
Estrogen suppresses testosterone production in males, by binding to certain estrogen receptors in the brain. So with a large enough dose of estrogen, you can shut down your testosterone production. However, it isn't yet known (to my knowledge at least) if raloxifine activates the estrogen receptors in the brain or not, so I can't say whether or not ralox will help suppress testosterone production like normal estrogen would.

As you can see there is a negative feedback loop: excess sex hormones in the brain will suppress sex hormone production, whereas too little in the brain will cause an increase in sex hormone production. Thus, your sex hormone levels are stabilized at a certain level.

You can make use of this mechanism for HRT. For example by adding estrogen to your body, both the estrogen and the testosterone register as sex hormone in your brain, and by adding the estrogen you tell the brain that you have "too much" sex hormone (because it counts both testosterone and estrogen). So, to compensate, your brain will start to decrease the amount of testosterone it produces.
