the estrofem I was using can be swallowed or taken sublingually
from what I've read, having the estrogen not go through the liver is a definite boost for feminization
the sublingual I thought was a bit of a pain though, I didn't like having to hold it under my tongue for 10-15 minutes 2x a day. it doesn't taste bad or anything, just mildly sweet (although if you're tasting it, you're not holding it under your tongue properly)

I've heard some girls get put on injections because the pills give them really bad acid reflux, you can just say that they do if they won't give you anything else
