Have a lot of white matter in your brain. The difference is white matter vs grey matter. Men tend to have more grey matter and women more white matter. Male to female trannies are found to have less grey matter but they don't produce white matter to replace the lost grey matter. So they lack the multi-functional abilities associated with females. It's why men are able to essentially turn off their mental functions and keep breathing, but women are constantly thinking. Women have a sharper sense of smell and can see colors more vibrantly, they have more accurate hearing, they have more taste buds and can taste more they have more pain receptors so they experience pain more intensely but they also have a finer sense of touch.

So I guess if you want to imagine being a woman it's like hearing, seeing, smelling, feeling, and thinking at twice the rate you already do.
