I am transitioning right now at 24

My home environment was terrible and I was only able to get my hands on HRT until I ran away from home and started a new life. I should have done this as soon as I graduated highschool but I had a shot at college, so I waited.
Unfortunately I failed and left afterwards. The only reason I have any hope at all is because I have a bf that loves me and I am a short femboy so my transition should be easy at least.
