Fiber is not recommended, espeacially for IBS. Check out the Primal Diet by Aajonus Vonderplaniz for example, or the Fiber Menace (a book). Animal fats (especially raw eggs/ butter) are great fot IBS.

I know your feels OP. I have yet to go to the doctor but my anus feels tighter than usual. I think I may have infected it with a toy.

I've been living with an upset stomach for about 1 and a half years now. I can live with it but, I rarely ever feel like I've emptied myself after using the restroom. It is usually followed by extremely low mood, and fatigue.
