I don't think there's any set "chad" type since the visual aspect of gays often doesn't line up to their personalities. I've met many bear-ish guys and muscular guys that behaved quite feminine and were pretty much women in mens bodies. I've also met many skinny twinks that were basically indistinguishable from hetero's personality-wise.
So your personality can slingshot you to the front of the line even despite aesthetic deficiencies. If you're not a lispy queen you're already more likely to have success dating and in casual sex than the muscular guy with a lisp probably, unless you're horribly fat or really really ugly I guess.
