That's what happens to me. Almost exactly a year in Feb is when I realized I was transgender. I knew something was wrong with me my entire life but I didn't pin it because I'm a "lesbian". Always figured I was straight and just had a "fag brain" or something. I remember this one time at camp as a kid maybe 2nd grade they called for 'bathroom boys' and I skipped it and fought my bladder for over 2 hours until it hurt so bad I literally cried. I felt like something died in me that day and was never the same. School dances were rough too. Very confusing...


When I first figured it out, I was laughing like "well I grew up a guy so what's the point lol I don't need to transition". I pretty much aged from mental age 16 to 20 this year. My body is about to be 25. It will hopefully someday pass, but like when I'm in the shower now I cry my fucking eyes out and cross my legs and tuck and stuff. My tits have started grow now too and every time I see them I realize how much I hate my face. It gets bad someday, especially weekends.

I think the worst part is that I stalled my life so hard. Never published a book, never learned an instrument or theory, never did enough. :( now that I'm almost 25 it's like....ill turn 19 when my body turns 30.
