I mean that makes sense. Second wave feminism was a woman hating movement. It sought to abolish gender because they saw being female as awful, and second wave feminists typically sought to act more like men. It's an incredibly misogynistic ideology that tried to turn women into unhappy men with vaginas. TERFs are the most hardcore members of this ideology.

Third wave feminism is far more hated by men because it opposes misogyny while looking at femininity and the female experience in a positive light. Being a woman is a positive thing. Of course if you are a man who looks down on women, this won't resonate with you, but second wave feminism (and TERFs) will.
