The best way is laser hair removal. Hands down.

You can try wax/veet but your skin may not like it. Everytime I waxed, I got terrible hair regrowth, plenty of red/white pimples all over. So I now just trim most of my body, shave my ass and genitals.

I don't touch my chest and shoulders anymore, laser got rid of hair there. Seriously, it may look expensive at first, but you save so much time and money waxing and shaving afterwards, it's really worth it. I'm doing ass and balls next, for that reason.

Hair removal cream worked okay for me, but most of it is made for women, so you might want to get the high strength stuff. Don't buy anything you're allergic to and follow the instructions on the box.

Go over your whole body with an electric razor.

It won't have a perfectly smooth-feeling shave, but it will completely and totally lack any red bumps or ingrown hairs, which is worth it for me. Also my body is never completely smooth to the touch even if I use a 9 trillion blade gilette razor, so it's not much of a trade off for me.

It's also just damn easy to run over your body with an electric groomer in the shower.

You can still do the area above that and the taint and ass if you're careful. Even for me there was a little blood. Still, it works amazingly well and gets you thinner hair. It's like a mitch cheaper version of waxing. If you do it once a week or so you'll be constantly hairless.
