So I'm 21 years old, but I'm intersex so the only "male" features I really have is a penis and I slowly grow facial and body hair. I have kinda small boobs, small hands and feet, my body is pretty curvaceous and I don't mean in a fat kinda way, I get confused for a girl a lot. I'm basically a real life bishonen. I imagine it still isn't too late for me to transition and pass right?

Whatever male puberty you've gone through is mostly done now. Transitioning will help stop male aging and will positively benefit fat redistribution. In /worst case/ for you, you'll pass better but with not many changes.
