Well I've had pretty decent results with supplements and whatnot. I buy bulk powders of various things and cap them myself. A pill capper on amazon is like $30
My daily supplement routine consists of soy isoflavone extract, red clover extract, hops extract, red reishi mushrooms (unextracted), astaxanthin algae, flax lignans, and gingko biloba.
I also recently bought some miroestrol extract that was from a biotech company in China but I'm a little iffy on this one. There's not a lot of studies on miroestrols safety on its own and puerara mirifica only contains like 0.002% miroestrol so studies on PM aren't very good indicators of safety of the pure miroestrol extract.

I'm not mtf or anything though so I'm pretty happy with the slow results. Plus in bulk they're pretty cheap, like I maybe spend like $30- $40/month if you worked it out whereas at the dosages I take if you were to do it via a drug store in pre-capped pills it's probs around $1000+/month.

If you're into the sciency aspect of supplements /r/nootropics and longecity are good websites to checkout. They can help you build a good supplement routine for just about anything.

I have used different supplements for like quite a few years. I've only really recently been using higher dosages of phytoestrogens to actually get up to active levels though.
I started taking like 400mg+ isoflavones/day like 5 months ago then added red clover, hops, and a flax lignans extract like 2-3ish months ago.

Also I started getting a tiny bit of gyno like a month ago but I don't think it's progressing, which is okay cause I wasn't seeking out boobs. But other than maybe the tiny bit of gyno I'm not really ready to conclude it's outside the realm of placebo.

Like I said, if you're an mtf or want something equivalent to HRT this isn't it, but it has beneficial effects besides estrogenic activity. Isoflavones can improve fatty liver disease and help your pancreas for example, plus they prevent and repair UV induced dna damage in skin. Most phytoestrogens are pretty potent antioxidants as well, and some have antiviral activity. Xanthohumol in hops is said to be even more cardioprotective and beneficial for alzheimer's than resveratrol.
