Depends on how common guys with long hair are. In super liberal areas where they're extremely common just having long hair or even makeup won't be enough because people will be used to guys with long hair.

However with guys with long hair in conservative areas where guys with long hair are rarity or don't exist IF you''re somewhat passing or better it'll likely be better for you since people will be used to going "long hair = girl" BUT if you don't pass you will stand out like crazy and you will get comments and possibly even threats because of it (speaking from experience).

That's 90% skin care routine and 10% estro. Since starting my transition I've started putting body lotion on my body and exfoliating my face and body and my skin looks and is MUCH smoother and softer.

Fact is, girls spend anywhere from 30 mins to several hours every day investing into their looks and that's why their skin is so much better. Even metrosexual guys don't' really care beyond clothes and cologne.

Besides acne are Amerilard problem, where I grew up in Eastern Europe literally only a single person in my elementary and high school had acne and it was a guy and it wasn't even that bad .

Eat less fat and you won't have so many cases of acne.
