Not really, actually. T halts ovulation. No new eggs are supposed to be produced(it happens but its very rare for an on-T ftm to get pregnant).
As far as I know, there hasn't been studies regarding the long term effects of the 'natural' reproductive organs of FTMs on T. I haven't looked it up in years so maybe that's changed but I remember it was all basically suggesting to get a hysto within the first few years and risk of atrophy(which is what happened to Buck's cervix from what i remember).
