It's also incorrect to presume that someone who's grown up dysphoric was truly socialised as male to the same extent of their cis peers, since the same material will be internalised differently. You wouldn't expect a cis girl who was socialised as a boy to undergo SRS just because that's how she was raised, she's still a girl.
It also presumes that all trannies are clockable, and that even when they are, that it's not still easy as fuck and the path of least resistance to just notice "hey, this guy looks like he walked straight out of Drag Race, I should probably call him 'miss'." It doesn't take much smarts. No one says you literally have to trick yourself into thinking they're a woman if you don't, but you're just going out of your way to start shit if you don't pretend out of politeness.

We already have systems in place to account for trans people and have for a long ass time, the same way we have systems in place to account for cripples, retards, and all other disordered folk who aren't common enough for society to be built upon the expectation of how they function. Most people are able-bodied, neurotypical and cis, so most of society functions in a way that puts their convenience first.
Big fucking deal if you have to face the awkward task of encountering a disordered person once in a while. Wondering whether it's appropriate to physically guide a blind man to his seat on the bus, to squat bend down or tower over when talking to a dwarf, to call the hulk in a pink frock "miss" or "sir."
