Second, what I meant is that these are non-issues 99% of the time. In the western world where most posters are from, gays are pretty well accepted and don't get shit. Or if you do, either come out to your friends or just tell them it's not cool. If people around you make some ugly comments, call them out. Of course this is implied you don't live in Eastern Bumfuckistan.
And the bi erasure thing. I don't really feel like it's a difficult thing to deal with. Most stuff that applies to me is either what applies to straight or gay people, so there's no need to be exclusive about me.
If you live in the west and this is what you worry about the most, you have a pretty good life

If you are referring to the part they mentioned dealing with actual physical people, I can see how you perceive this as over-exaggerated, though I think I would have to disagree with you on that because homophobia is still a real issue, especially bad in different areas and regions, regardless of how you perceive how much of the western world accepts us which can be from your own personal experiences. Many of us will have experienced it and many will still experience it in the future, and I think you should try to understand how it can effect people in different ways psychologically.
