That is not anywhere close to how genetics works. If you factor in epigenetics it gets even more muddy, then there's sexual dimorphism where a trait may cause reduced fitness in a male but greatly increased in a female and vice versa.

Simple example, sickle cell anemia. Double copy kills before birth, single copy makes a person anemic and have weird blood. But it grants increased malaria resistance.
