Other than that, the only advice available when it comes to your nose (or any part of your face that's ugly due to the way your bone structure is) is to stop caring and embrace it. Because it's there to stay until you can afford to change it.

Alternatively move to Asia where it's seen as socially acceptable to wear facial masks that partially hide your nose. They're pretty cute.

I would advise against it.
It's only going to draw eyes directly to your nose. I say this having had many piercings in the past including a septum piercing i stretched to 6mm that is now sitting permanently at 3mm after 6 or 7 years of not wearing anything in them.

I would advise against it mainly because of future scarring though. You don't know what you'll like in the future regardless of how much you want it now, and if you change your mind you're stuck with a scar.

Luckily for me the septum piercing remains hidden forever due to its location, but I have multiple piercing scars in my ear cartilage and while they are mostly unnoticeable, they are a blemish. I have a 3mm hole in my left ear too, right in the center of the conch, which was a dermal punch. When the light shines right, you can see right through my ear - otherwise it seems kinda like some blemish right in the center of my ear. Just a teensy little hole, but it's there.

Again, not very noticeable, and I don't feel all too bad about it, but if I could go back I'd never have gotten the piercings in the first place back when I was a dipshit in my teens and early 20's.

Considering a nasal piercing is through cartilage, it'll leave a more noticeable scar afterwards and it will be kind of annoying to heal, which for proper full healing will take many months, and will take years for high comfort status. It'll never be as comfortable as it is right now, unpierced. As long as there is jewelry in it, you will experience discomfort regularly, whether it gets hit or snags on something like a shirt, or whether you slept on it wrong or a million other things. You'll no longer simply be able to lay however you want on one side of your body, suddenly you will have this thing you have to work around or deal with irritation.

On top of this, it has potential to look kinda shitty until it heals, like a zit on your nose perhaps.

Aetna covers ffs as they cover surgery for the treatment of gender dysphoria so under the standards of wpath facial feminization surgery is covered under procedures that are offered. Because that doesn't always work. I started getting acne when I was 17. I tried everything from otc creams to prescription strength benzyl peroxide and antibiotic creams. They wouldn't put me on accutane. By the time I was 18 my skin was ruined.

I got on spiro at 19 and my skin cleared up within six months. For some people, just washing their face more and using creams helps. Some people are fucked because their acne is caused by a mix of factors, including excess testosterone.

My skin has had a few years to heal, but its still not totally normal or smooth looking. I'll probably always have some ice pick scars and I hate myself for not trying spiro sooner.

- Seek sunlight

I had good hips before it but I don't know if it's the hormones or that was going to happen anyway.
