It's not gender dysphoria, OP. (Assuming there is a thing such as "true" gender dysphoria.)

You feel bad because you've started to envy something very, very much, that you don't/can't have. If you started to identify very strongly with, say, aspects of 1%-tier rich fucker culture, you would feel a similar discomfort.

For me, after I started developing AGP, I did/do the following things and it almost diminished (even though I didn't care about it diminishing):

1. Indulged to some degree. I live with people so didn't go full-trap, but practiced the fetish to the extent I could. Bought a dildo too to get that experience of being fugged. Waxed my legs to make them silky smooth and rode my dildo etc.

2. You'll laugh, hard, but for a long time I've been into (radical / classical / second wave) feminist ideology, and among other things it offers some insight into the fetishistic nature of AGP and how it's really creepy how we men fetishize the very anatomy of actual females. This doesn't mean you have to feel horrible about yourself --the important thing is to keep your fetishes to your private life and not let them spill into the public sphere-- but it did make the whole thing become a lot less "cool" for me. As I said I still partly indulge in it, because I really feel no shame, and it didn't entirely go away (yet?), but I rarely ever think of using hormones or anything.

Also, I managed to transform it in part to some sort of gayness / bisexuality. While I still don't like men as genuine emotional partners, I've been watching more and more gay sex and am actively seeking out gay partners for the means of sexual gratification at this point. So it's like I've molded my AGP towards a fetish for normal male gayness, which doesn't involve attaining female anatomy; just getting rid of hair (maybe not even that) and bulking up your butt with some exercises...

Gender Dysphoria, if you ask me personally, Is a state of confusion or discomfort surrounding ones sense of identity when there's a clash between how you personally want to express yourself and the anxiety of the outsides worlds expectations make you act another way.

Point 3 is irrelevant because we do not live in a society without gender roles. Gender roles and behavioral models tied to sexual reproduction and biological sex are extremely unlikely to disappear from society unless we somehow evolve into a physically androgynous or sexless species. Males and females are treated very differently by society and will never truly be equal. Even, supposed "gender critical" feminists have personal biases for or against people based on their biological sex or gender(i.e., their attitudes on male privilege, socialization, etc.) that are often unconscious because as a species we've evolved to treat males and females differently in social situations.

As long as physical and social dimorphism between the sexes exist, transsexuality will continue to exist in some form.

I don't believe body dysphoria (the main motivation behind transitioning in many cases) would go away if the concept of gender or gender roles didn't apply. Sexual dimorphism would still be a thing. You could still have the body of the "wrong" sex and need to change it even if it weren't associated with a gender.

Feminism means not only trying to abolish the institutions that privilege men and subjugate women; it also means trying to make women's living conditions better while the system is still in place. Therefore it means treating women and men differently, trying to build women-only communities as safe havens against men, etc. So of course they will treat men and women differently due to their male privilege / female underprivilege, male/female socialization, etc.

If the system is ever successfully abolished, then the different treatment will be limited to things related to sexual biology. For instance you want to provide women sanitary products because they menstruate, whereas men don't need them. You want to be careful about impregnation, whereas with men you needn't worry about that. And so on. These treatments, however, won't be any different from how you may treat a tall person and a short person differently in situations where height matters, or how you treat an able-bodied person and a person in a wheelchair differently in situations where that matters, etc. Sex will be seen as just another axis of physical differences between people's bodies, and nothing profound that would make you assume things about their personality or so.

Anyhow. Since OP is clearly AGP, that's why I said focus on point 3. For different types of trans, it may not be possible to mold their transness into something else, but in the case of AGP you may be able to mold it to bisexuality, cross-dressing, etc. instead of a desire to take female hormones.

I don't believe you can develop real gender dysphoria, it is something that happens pre-natal. However, one might discover that one has gender dysphoria, after not realizing it for a majority of their life.

The only way to become "normal" is HRT. No one HAS to transition to being a full time girl.

GENDER dysphoria has little to do with sexuality (there are plenty of staight, bi and gay tgirls and whatever else) so ignore the people talking about porn and fapping. Abstaining from sexual release will just make your crazier. Most tgirls are going to be chronic masturbators until they get their T levels down and E levels up.
