It's not really the stigma of therapy, I'm just scared of medical stuff before I actually start a process.
I waited 7 years to get a huge polyp removed from my nose even though I couldn't even breathe through it.
I don't believe I'm trans, but I'm definitely depressed and suicidal and therapy could help with that anyway. I should also get tested for autism desu but I am scared because it'll turn out positive probably and I don't want to have to admit it
