it does widen your hipbones, permanently. women who have given birth have wider hipbones than nulliparous women. this never resolves. even for trans men who get pregnant and take t, they have wider hipbones than they did pre-t and pre-pregnancy after fat redistribution and after bone remdodelling. if you inject relaxin for about the length of a pregnancy, your hipbones will permanently be wider set
you will also get stretchmarks from the growth, similar to a cis girl going through puberty but probably worse (given skullsize-chan is right about the breakdown of collagen). your skin changes in general will be very similar to that of a pregnant woman. hrt in general will also thin your skin, but the additive power of hrt and relaxin isn't equal -- if each counts for 10 points you won't have 20, more like 11-15.
trans women who don't get ffs don't age well (hi femboys), so don't expect to age well anyway.
