There is literally no possible way anyone can give you accurate feedback without (multiple) pics. Different people that are the exact same height and weight (which you didnt even list) can look completely different based on their muscle/fat ratio, their "frame", and how their body fat is distributed. Also some people claim to be "fat" when they arent even technically overweight, or think they are "normal" weight when they are technically obese. So again just using words to describe yourself cannot generate accurate feedback.
