muscles you can get rid of, focus on being thin over muscular

obviously nothing can be done about your shoulders, but plenty of women have broad shoulders, and if everything else looks normal, people will overlook that about you

Hope hrt makes it grow back(some people can go from nearly entirely bald to a full head, others don't get anything, some people get a reasonable amount but not all, etc.), get hair transplants, wear a hair piece, use Rogaine, there's a lot of options but unless you're lucky with regrowth or have a lot of money none of them are good. I went from having a Dracula-esque widows peak to having it slightly lower(but not much) on the right side, but completely regrown on the left side, so I just live with brushing my hair towards the right to cover it. The sooner you start the more regrowth you'll likely get.
