Here's the thing about tits. They don't grow overnight. Well, you do need sleep for them to grow but, it'll take time no matter what you do.
You can try and pack on weight but then your tits are mostly fat.
You can try progesterone but there's really no science to it and you're probably just causing more harm to yourself than good.
Your breasts, and those of a cis girl, take time to grow and won't be done growing for years. An A cup at 7 months sounds pretty normal, you're like 12 in terms of cis girl progression so hang tight.
Really isn't it silly that transgirls would grow tits faster than cis girls? It doesn't make sense why that would happen, so don't expect it to and get worked up when your tits are small for now.
Eat right (Make sure you're getting full, healthy meals 3 times a day and all that), sleep well (7~8 hours), and keep your levels in check.

Who knows what really happened there. Was it influenced by progesterone? We don't know because we can't do proper trials to confirm if it was progesterone or just estrogen.

OH, and I did look into that for you, cypro it seems like you want to start with the lowest increment, then go up, then decrease dose slowly to see what the most you need is, but that sounds like it would require a lot of bloodtests ;_;

This is off the top of my head but probably 25 mg for a week, then 50 mg for two weeks, then onto 100 mg, would be good, and I suppose if your bloodtest shows your T is basically non-existent you could see if you could bring the dose down, AAs are the most expensive part of HRT after all
