Talk to em, man. I was in sort of the same situation as you a week ago. 18, still live at home, mum is devout catholic and dad is 6'4" ex-Army. I told them i just had gender identity issues and they took it p well, i'm seeing a therapist now and everything. If your parents have loved you in the past, it's a good chance they'll accept you here.
Or they'll throw you out. Try and read them a little before telling them. Find out their opinions on trans people

What makes you think they could support you or not? Most people have an idea of which way their parents will be leaning. Even if that idea turns out to be the opposite of the truth.
