Cypro has progesteronic effect which means it may help breast growth, as opposed to spiro which inhibits it. Spiro has shitty side effects. Cypro is better in all sitations, unless you're one of the unlucky 20% to get depression from it.

Keep in mind this is all encyclopedic knowledge, i just started cypro+progy myself.
