If you are living anywhere in/near a metropolitan area, there are very likely social groups already established. Go to a damn potluck.

I feel you. I have straight friends I adore, but as we grow older I see that it isn't going to last. They'll get married, have kids, hang out with other straight couples to talk about their broods, marriage, and other related shit as all of their other interests wane under the pressure of a family life. I'll still be welcome I'm sure, but I won't hold the same place in their friend circle anymore. I need another fag to chill with.
