Personally if I do enema at all I just do it once then use a douche to clear out whatever remains. I've never done the whole "enema until clear" thing. That's a little overkill.

1. I read somewhere that using body wash on your butt kills natural bacteria and makes things worse, should I just use warm water in the shower to get my butt clean?
2. How do I get rid of hair down there?

idk, up to you. shaving, waxing, laser removal, etcetc.

depends on your diet/body. some people swear they can just take a dump, shower, and everything is spotless, others need to douche to clean the anus. If you're really nervous, then get used to douching. Douche one day (ie get water in, leave it in, jump around, and then let it flow out a couple of times until water comes out clean), and a couple hours later finger yourself, see how things are.

Really it's just all about knowing yourself. If you find you're constantly dirty, look into changing your diet, you probably aren't getting enough fiber, or aren't giving yourself enough poop time.
