I can't cum with my boyfriend anymore. We have been together on-and-off for almost 4 years, and though I enjoy sex I have always struggled to make myself cum at the end. I think it's a self-consciousness thing- I feel like he's waiting for me and I'm being a nuisance, and this creates a negative feedback loop.
