That's true though. Being trans just means your gender doesn't match your sex. It's possible for that to happen without dysphoria, it's just very unusual.

If transition isn't practical for you, that doesn't mean you're not trans. Trans is about your gender, not how you choose to express it. Technically, given the existence of femboys and butch girls, the important part of transition is complete the moment you decide you're male/female/non-binary. The rest is really just body modification, which doesn't determine your gender.
