I mean, Spiro and E needs to be distributed throughout the day but because of how long Cypro half life is it really doesn't matter. Even if T is supposedly heighest at night (debated) the 12-16 or so hours from your morning to night doses isn't long enough for the slight decay of Cypro in your system to matter because by taking it all at once you make the blood concentration higher initially meaning the amount in your system overnight is virtually the same no matter which way (split or single dose) you do.

Does it look like I'm starting to grow hips? I've been on HRT for 4 months. I started when I was 24. I literally NEVER expected any changes to my hips but they feel bigger physically and are more noticeable.

6 months ago my sides went straight down. I just measured them today so I can know objectively if I get any growth.

So I want others opinions, does it look like its going beyond male range? I was literally a fridge before, straight down.
