Cant offer you much more than anecdotes but cypro is pretty much an androgen itself, just makes your T levels look nice while your ARs are active anyhow. Spiro also but far less so than cypro.
Cypro is in its function just a fucked up GnRH if you will.

Bica is pretty much inert unlike the other two, binds to the ARs aswell while leaving T levels untouched, but blocks them from binding.

No idea where to buy, probably any worthwhile online pharmacy.

Also why would it matter? Testosterone on it's own doesn't really do anything; it needs to bind to the androgen receptor. Bica has less side effects as well. Only thing is the testicles might not shrink as much on bica and may continue to produce sperm (at least if you aren't also on E) which some might say is good thing because of fertility etc.

You could do something like "puberty blockers" or just take an anti-androgen without estrogen.
If you take the drug bicalutamide without estrogen you should keep producing sperm, but it will block your body from masculinizing. It may also feminize you slightly.

How much should I believe the "wait two years before getting FFS" claim? I've just started HRT and it'll probably help me a lot but I highly doubt it's going to do anything to deal with my brow bossing and messed up nose. I'm already going to have to wait like a year before being able to start facial hair removal and would rather just destroy my few other masculine features that HRT won't help with ASAP. The only other thing that I will probably need to get fixed above the neck is my hairline, which I'm willing to wait for.

My main reason for waiting on my hairline is that I'm on finasteride as an initial AA which has a slim chance of recovering some of it anyway. May as well save myself some money and avoid weird hair growth if I can just get my receding hairline fixed with HRT anyway.
