If MtF HRT makes life more bearable, then regardless of what else you are - and that's worth taking time to work out - you should probably keep on the Estrogen. The rest, you can (and will) figure out as you go.

Most people who are pre everything don't really care about passing until they are ready for it and know they'll be able to get everything they need to pass, or at least that's how I see it. You'll care about passing soon enough most likely.
