Did you lose all that weight by cutting off your arm?

Try to not lose weight too fast or you'll get a lot of saggy skin. Cardio and calculating your ingestion of cals is more important than losing weight fast.
Alimentar reeducation not a miraculous diet.
Cardio is important because once you lose just a bit more weight you'll want to hit the gym, and your body needs to be used to doing exercises. Once you DO start your weightlifting routine stop the cardio or you'll kill your gains.
At any rate good job on taking the initiative.
good job, always inspiring to see recovering fatties posting their progress. work delts and lose more fat to escape fridgemode

Or calculate your energy expenditure and lift one day, eat more, cardio the next day eat less. Your gains will be slower but your entire body will benefit.

Yeah that's a good one too.

Thanks, I've started logging my cal ingestion through an app. It's honestly been eye opening to the amount of snacks I have and then completely forget.

Honestly I'm not prepared to hit the gym, tried to make it part of my life a few times but find it an unpleasant environment. Ultimate respect to those who lift but it's not for me. At this time I'm looking at making my body acceptable, not desirable. My cardio is cycling which I love and is part of my commute. I know this is basically a death sentence for the upper body but I'd rather have chunky legs and hips than my current all-over blubber+man boobs.
