Yes and no.

Steps I have taken;
>stopped eating beef more than once or twice a month for iron
>eat meat sparingly in general
>started eating salads/wraps
>edamame like a motherfucker

Changes I have noticed;
>from eating less beef and meat in general, lost 15-20# of muscle in 4 months mostly on arms and back
>from eating less meat in general, don't sweat nearly as much as I used to and the sweat smells totally different
>from eating less meat, so much more regular than I used to be.
>from eating less meat, butt stuff feels better because my butt doesn't smell bad anymore so I'm not self conscious and can just enjoy myself. I mean it's still a butt so it's not gonna smell good but it's totally tongue fuckable now apparently
