If you don't want alot of sex, or have a extremely low sex drive you should mention this fairly early to deter potential partners who are expecting normal to high sex drives. I personally have a very high sex drive, and would have a difficult time forming a relationship with someone like you. Not because sex is the only thing on the mind, but because it's a powerful biological urge and if left ignored causes alot of sexual repression.
