Suppose I'm 19 M, and moderately above average masculinity among men my age - maybe at the top 30% or 20% line. Can I successfully transition successfully? I have money for FFS, but I'm worried about body size (probably broad shoulders, though I've been told that this can be due to fat and muscle, I'm already ~8 months HRT with no progress on those though, and I'm ~6'2)
I only need to be androgynous, so I don't need (nor want) to go all the way femme if it can't work aesthetically.
Also, worth saying, I'm fat-ish (30 BMI), but trying to lose it.

yes
the 'transition after 18 = hon forever' meme is just that, a meme

there is truth in every meme
>6'2"
Also take it from me. Muscle loss is mostly a meme. Yes you will lose muscle. No you will never have the muscle:fat:bone ratio women have. You will always look bulky and muscular compared to women (cause you are)
19 is a good age, your can still get nice hips just do itttttttt
>tfw no 6'2 broad shoulder gf
>tfw cant look upwards while we kiss
>tfw no gf to cuddle and smell after she goes to the gym

>tfw 5'11'', 130 lbs and thinspo and still can't pass a femboi
>>6877972
>thinspo
if you don't look andro you aren't thinspo yet
get good

can i look like this (minus the facial hair) and still become a lil femboy
that's my only real issue

I am doing it (and yes, I got a bit of hips :D ), but I'm 8 months in with only moderate progress (not sure how much, because BDD; I've got a straight bf somehow, but I keep changing my mind between whether my ribcage is BIG or proportionally almost girly; this is tricky to figure out because of fat)

It all depends on your preexisting masculinity, hence me asking.

I'll always be and look bulky compared to cis women, and I might always look muscular compared to them, but I'm too physically inactive to retain much muscle.

Lose the weight and you'll be good. I thought i had zero progress at the year mark, because I was still fat. I was pleasantly surprised at how fem i actually looked once i dropped the weight.

That's what I hope will happen, but is this really the case every time? Is there some way I can figure out if I'll look reasonably fem/androgynous after I drop the weight?
Also, worth saying, my dream is basically to slide into an andro look (I wouldn't have anything against something more feminine, but my dysphoria is 100% satisfied by androgyny and bigger changes seem more disruptive) without changing my presentation that much, but I'm assuming that's basically impossible? Or?

Pretty sure FFS is the only solution. Do what I did and be born into a rich family.
>>6875567
>above average masculinity
>6'2
lol maybe in your dreams
>>6879654
Worth saying that women are two inches taller in my country than in America.
>>6879660
so what, like 5'7? you're 6'2 buddy lol
>>6879663
Right, but at the same time, I find androgyny to be enough for me, so that makes it easier.

Also I guess it's more correct to say that I *was*, rather than *am*, above average masculinity; e.g., at this point my hips are significantly bigger than my ribcage.
