It depends on the weather. In autumn and fall I can cover up my chest by wearing a jacket or sweater so I pass as male pretty much all the time unless my family butts in. In summer I pass as female pretty much constantly because I have a large chest and I don't wear my binder outside.

I guess clothing means a lot… most of my wardrobe is baggy tshirts and manly jeans and when I wear them I pass as a boy and when I wear something more ambiguous (I won't risk going outside in women's clothes pre-hrt), I pass as a girl.
